Execution : A young couple purchases a farmhouse, on the top of a hill in the very heart of a Unesco Site and decides to turn it into their holiday home and a home for anyone seeking to enjoy the wonders of the 50th site recognised by the World Heritage List. The building work has brought back to life a number of details, which had been hidden by previous building work, as well as adding new ones to harmonise the areas. An excellent investment for the young couple, offering a property, which allows you to admire and become familiar with the Monferrato countryside while sampling the excellent Barbera wine.
